Kota Kinabalu: The Philippine Government through its embassy or the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) should help their people affected by fire in Kg Mogoputi, recently, said Star Kapayan Division head Jafery Jomion.Jafery said according to the Welfare Department, there are 154 people believed to be Filipinos, but who do not have documents.
