Politicians should refrain from stoking racial, religious sentiments. Pressing need for stability: MGCC
Tang and other delegates at the welcome dinner hosted by the Federation of Guangdong Associations Sabah.
Kota Kinabalu: Politicians should refrain from stirring up racial and religious sentiments and instead spend their time and energy on nation building, said Malaysia Guangdong Chamber of Commerce (MGCC) President Dato’ Tang Zhi Nian. 

Tang, who is also Deputy President of the Federation of Kwang Tung Associations Malaysia, said the racial and religious issues in Malaysia have affected the relationship among ethnic groups. 

“The lack of understanding and tolerance among races is unhealthy,” he said.
