Kuala Lumpur: The High Court here has issued a gag order on Bersatu member Badrul Hisham Shaharin, better known as Chegubard, restraining him from making comments on his ongoing criminal defamation case.

Kuala Lumpur: Perikatan Nasional (PN) political activist Badrul Hisham Shaharin claimed trial at the Sessions Court here today to a sedition charge linked to his comments online about a purported casino in the state.

Kuala Lumpur: Bersatu Information Committee member Badrul Hisham Shaharin or Chegu Bard was charged in the Sessions Court here today with two counts of inciting hatred and issuing defamatory remarks which will tarnish the good name of His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, King of Malaysia.
