BELURAN: The people are urged to comply with the Movement Control Order (MCO) to help lessen the burden of frontline workers amid the aggressive spike in Covid-19 infections.Assistant Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries 1 Sabah, Datuk James Ratib, said the community needs to accept the new norms of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to help curb the infection rate.

“We as Malaysians in the State of Sabah need to abide by the new norms. Never disobey the SOP because we have to be responsible,” he said at a handing over of letter of appointment to the community leader at his residence, here, recently.

James said as the elected representative in the Sugut constituency, he will ensure that leaders continue to play their role in raising awareness on SOP compliance so the villagers would understand the new norms better.
