PAPAR: First-time house buyers may want to grab the opportunity of buying some 40 remaining units left of Tower B under The Palm Condominium Kinarut project near here that gives special discount of 10 per cent valid until Dec. 31, 2021. WSG Group Managing Director Datuk Susan Wong Siew Guen reminded would-be buyers that the benefits of the Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) like free stamp duty still applies only until year end.

She said Tower B, which is under construction and to be completed and obtain its Occupation Certificate (OC) in June 2022, has 140 units and 100 units or 70 per cent have been sold out.
“The Tower B units is now left with 40 units. Hurry up and grab them because the special discount of 10 per cent is until Dec 31.
“Furthermore, the pricing is affordable which is between RM260K and RM450K after the special discount,” she said.
The condominium facilities include adult swimming pool, children pool, gymnasium, indoor badminton courts, covered car park, 24-hour security, Café by the pool and landscape garden, among others.

She said she could not afford to give the discounts after year end, and thus it would be unfortunate for late comers as housing prices next year are expected to go up between 10 and 20 per cent following costlier construction materials.
