Kota Kinabalu: A 19-year-old girl was injured after jumping from an e-hailing car after the driver groped and robbed her at Kg Kobuni, Jalan Kionsom, Inanam, Thursday.

Prior to the 9am incident, the girl booked an e-hailing service to get to her workplace in Manggatal where she works as a salesgirl.
According to Deputy City Police Chief Supt George Abd Rakman, a dark blue Perodua Axia arrived and its driver, “Zahir,” took a shortcut via Jalan Kionsom to escape traffic congestion.
