RANAU: The efforts of Deputy Chief Minister, Datuk Seri Panglima Dr Jeffrey Kitingan to find a solution to the issue of the influx of illegal immigrants (PTI) in Sabah should not be underestimated but instead given space to perform his duties properly.

Sabah Wiramuda Star Chief, Kong Soon Choi said there were wild accusations from some parties who tried to manipulate the leader’s efforts with baseless statements and slanders to confuse the people.

“Recently, it was spread on social media stating that the government will issue the Foreigner Card to benefit the agenda of Parti Star and GRS-BN. However, it was a wild and baseless fact,” he said.
