LAHAD DATU: Grassroots support and loyalty is still intact for Parti Warisan in Lahad Datu says the party’s Supreme Council member Assaffal P. Alian.Grassroots members here are still loyal to the party’s struggle for the people, he said adding they have also pledged to press forward with the party and leadership despite the current turmoil.

“I have met the branch heads whom have expressed their loyalty and support to Warisan and I really appreciate that,” he said.
Assafal, who is also Tungku assemblyman, said although two Warisan Segama and Kunak assemblymen had left previously, their actions were not supported by other members.
“As I stated before, their actions do not have a negative impact on the party. The party’s original fighters and branch leaders are still loyal to the party for the interests of the people,” he added.
