LABUAN: Member of Parliament Datuk Suhaili Abdul Rahman said he found it absurd for the Deputy Finance Minister to ask for another economic report on Labuan issues when the Ministry has all the needed data of the country, including that of Labuan.

“It is clear to everyone that Labuan’s economy faces challenges that need to be immediately addressed. It is a case of a sick patient requiring treatment and not another round of time-wasting diagnosis,” he said.

He added that to ask for another report was merely an excuse to delay action.
