Korean charged with using fake agreement at KKIP

Kota Kinabalu: A South Korean man who allegedly used a fake document claimed trial at the Magistrate's Court here Friday.

Lee Chang Whan, 33, made the plea before Magistrate Stephanie Sherron Abbie after the charge was read to him.

The former project manager was accused of using a fake amendment subcontract agreement between Hyundai Engineering Sdn Bhd and Budiwan Sdn Bhd for reinforcement piling work on Sept 22, 2023, at a company's premises at the Kota Kinabalu Industrial Park.
