Kota Kinabalu: Members of Prokesa (Sabah Dwarf People Association) will soon embark on home-based sewing, among others, thanks to motivational training by JCI members. However, they sought assistance in acquiring a sewing machine.

Another participant, Charlie, a member of the Paralympic sports community, sought assistance with supplements to optimize his physical condition and performance.

Asnah Yusop, founder and President of Prokesa, expressed gratitude to the trainers.

The session was conducted at Zara’s Boutique Hotel, Harbour City. Established on April 7, 2021, the association aims to assist members in improving their economic situation and related matters.

The training was headed by Teresa Alberto from JCI Intan. She was assisted by YY Chin (JCI Moyog), Kimberly Guah (JCI Tg Aru), Chian Mei Hsing (JCI KK) and Safarina Wasli (JCI Intan).
