Assemblyman calls for festival streamlining

SIPITANG: Cultural celebrations and festivities of each race in this district need to be organized so as not to overlap as an effort to attract visitors continuously throughout the year.
Qhazanah Sabah Berhad Chairman who is also Sindumin Assemblyman Datuk Dr Yusof Yacob said that celebrating festivals and culture according to each tribe is one of the tourism products that can attract visitors to the district.
He said, there are several races in this district including Lundayeh, Kadayan, Brunei, Murut, Kadazan and Bisaya.
