Wonderful Indonesia Fest on Nov 15-17

TAWAU: The Indonesian consulate in Tawau will organise the Fourth Wonderful Indonesia Festival 2019 at Tawau community hall on Nov 15-17. Its Economic Function Executor Septania Rubi Prameswari welcomed Tawau residents to the event.She said the festival has been organised since 2015 to enhance relationship and cooperation between Indonesia and Malaysia, Tawau, in particular, through trade, investment and tourism sector through the Straits of Makassar.

She said a series of programme will be carried out throughout the three-day festival, which include Indonesian product exhibition, Indonesia tourism promotion, talk show, business meeting, singing and dancing competitions, drawing and colouring contest and performance by Iva Lola.
There will be 35 Small-Medium-Enterprises (SMEs) from Provinsi Jawa Timur, Kabupaten Nunukan, Kota Tarakan, Dinas Pariwisata Sulawesi Selatan, Dinas Pariwisata Kalimantan Utara and Tourism Ministry of Indonesia that will take part in the festival.
The opening ceremony will be officiated by the Assistant Minister of Malaysia Tourism, Culture and Environment, Assafal P Alian on Nov 16.Stay up-to-date by following Daily Express’s Telegram channel.
