Accident shocks three friends
The Toyota Land Cruiser involved in the mishap.
Kota Kinabalu: Three people sustained minor injuries after falling from their chairs at a coffeeshop when a Toyota Land Cruiser crashed into a Myvi nearby, Wednesday. 

The incident, which occurred at the Kai Shun Coffeeshop in Borneon Centre, startled the trio, causing them to lose their balance and fall to the ground.

Fortunately, their injuries were minor, and they were given outpatient treatment at the hospital.

The crash was attributed to a momentary lapse in concentration by the Toyota driver, Chong. 

The three were among five friends sitting at a table placed outside the coffeeshop’s pavement when the accident happened at 7.50pm.

The Toyota driver, was said to have lost control of the car causing it to crashed into the Myvi which was parked at the roadside.

SM Morni was at the scene to investigate.
