Kota Kinabalu: More than 400 participants comprising foreign ambassadors and local and foreign investors are expected to attend the Sabah International Business and Economic Summit (SIBES) 2022.
Participants from around 21 countries are expected to be in attendance, including from South Korea, New Zealand, Sweden, Indonesia, Russia, Norway, Italy, Spain and Switzerland.

Themed “Unlocking Sabah’s Potential, Unleashing Business Opportunities”, the international conference will take place at the Sabah International Convention Centre (SICC), on Jan 17 and 18.
Industry players from various key sectors such as agriculture, industry and tourism will also be in attendance.
SIBES 2022, organised by the Sabah Government in collaboration with the KSI Strategic Institute For Asia Pacific, will be officiated by Sabah Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor during the first day of the conference.
