Kota Kinabalu: Prominent businessman Datuk James Hwang held an Open House attended by various political and business leaders in conjunction with the Chinese New Year Celebrations.Also present was Kota Kinabalu Journalists Association (KKJA) Chairman Jimmy Goh who extended the association’s well wishes and appreciation to James who is also the association’s advisor. Jimmy thanked James for the support and concern rendered to the members of the association throughout the years. Accompanying Jimmy were KKJA Deputy Chairperson Nancy Lai, Treasurer Yvonne Ho, Training Officer Sherell Jeffrey and Committee Member Yap Siong Han. Guests included Sabah Tourism, Culture and Environment Minister Datuk Christina Liew, State Industrial Development Minister Phoong Jin Zhe, former Minister of Special Duties Datuk Teo Chee Kang, former mayor Datuk Ilyas Ibrahim, Sabah Umno Chairman Datuk Bung Moktar, Sabah China Chamber of Commerce President Datuk Frankie Liew, Azam Jaya Sdn Bhd Managing Director Tan Sri Joseph Lo and his son, Datuk Jonathan Lo and daughter Datuk Jessica Lo, as well as Datuk See Han Hock.
