Kota Kinabalu: Victims of the Kampung Likas fire which destroyed 15 houses on Wednesday night claimed it was caused by a lightning strike.A victim in his 30s, who only wanted to be known as Nizam, said lightning had struck a tree that burned and then fell on one of the wooden houses in the 7.30pm incident.
Noraiza Malik, 29, said they were visiting in-laws near 1Borneo when a neighbour broke the bad news.
