One Kinabalu can repeat win

One Kinabalu led from start to finish to win on March 10.
Kota Kinabalu: Tomorrow (Sunday) sees the current crop of supreme athletes fighting to be the best amongst the rest.
Facing off at Race 4 1100m over a punishing Tambalang sand track, this race is expected to be a tight contest.

At the last meeting on March 10, the majestic One Kinabalu led from start to finish, followed by a chasing Smart Lad with Coronation II close behind.
Unsurprising, One Kinabalu is favourite this Sunday with Smart Lad, Coronation II and Ben jostling for second.
However, do not write off a strong-willed Coronation II determined to claim back his rightful place at the top. Athena on her way back to racing can be considered for placing.
Tambalang racing is poised for ignition in the second half of the year with new “kids” added to the racing roster.

Having returned home recently from their racing careers in Singapore, Blue Chip, Kinabalu Star, Summer Glitter, Lord Justice and Easylights are acclimatising well and training at Tambalang.
They will challenge the status quo and the incumbents for the highest honours.

Royal Sabah Turf Club’s (RSTC) Sabah Win is expected to show good progress at Race 6 Class 5 in Kranji, Singapore tomorrow. A place chance is realistic and a win is bonus.
Sabah Win with experienced jockey Maia had combined to finish a creditable fifth position on April 13. Master Player, Ben Wade and Sheesh are in the running.
