Sabah can’t afford to drop points
Kota Kinabalu: Sabah Tambadaus cannot afford to lose any more points in their away match against PJ City at the Stadium Majlis Bandaraya Petaling Jaya tonight (Saturday).

The team had lost their opening two matches since the league resumed on August 29, starting with a 4-0 away loss to Terengganu followed by the 2-1 home defeat to Selangor on September 4.

As a result, they have now dropped to 11th place on the 12-team table standing from fifth position before the league was suspended due to the Covid-19 pandemic in March. Sabah Football Association (Safa) President Datuk Peter Anthony (pic) said the team has no other choice and must search for the victory.
