Kota Kinabalu: Tabs-Sabah FC have made a great start in the second season of Suparimau league last weekend.

Their Under-14 team thrashed KIS Vipers 6-0 in the season opener at the Likas Sports Complex synthetic field.

They were in rampant mood right from the start as three goals were scored in each half to demolish their hapless opponents.

Head coach Malim Surat who is assisted by Hamizam Ismail said there is still room for improvement despite the big win.

“This victory was a good start to boost the players’ morale but we will try to rectify their weaknesses and continue to improve in the coming matches,” he said.

Meanwhile, in the other categories, Tabs Mix-9 defeated KKFC B team 4-1 in the Under-10 category and Tabs Mix team defeated KIS Vipers 12-1 in the Under-8 category.
