Tuaran: A 25-year-old man was arrested after he was believed to be selling sugar weighing 96kg worth RM273.60, which is a controlled item, without a valid license at Jalan Lintas here, on Thursday.Tuaran Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs (KPDNHEP) head Saripudin Moleng said an inspection was carried out on a vehicle at about 3.30pm.
