Tuaran: The Tamparuli Native Court has decided not to proceed with the customary claim filed by 23 individuals from various Kadazandusun Murut (KDM) associations against lawyer Marcel Jude Joseph over his remarks on the Unduk Ngadau pageant.In a letter dated Sept 3, sighted by the Daily Express, Wednesday, Tamparuli District Chief Jular Harung said the court made the decision after receiving an official notification from the Penampang Native Court, on Aug. 30.
