A total of 63 golf buggies, a two-story building, and golf sets—some of which are Honma golf sets—belonging to about 20 golf club members were among the losses.
Nobody was injured in the fire that is believed to have happened just after midnight.

The fire was discovered by a security guard patrolling the area.

The cause of the fire is still being probed.
State Fire and Rescue Assistant Director (Operations) Hamsa Isnurdini and the Fire and Rescue Forensics team arrived at the scene at about 9am to investigate.
