Kota Kinabalu: The OK9 PsTTL (Pre-school English Language Teachers In Teaching and Learning) Carnival Programme is proposed to be implemented at the state level.
State Science, Technology and Innovation Minister Datuk Dr Mohd Ariffin Mohd Arif said the programme organised by the Kota Kinabalu Education Office (PPD) featured teaching and learning techniques to strengthen the English language starting from the early stages of pre-school.

“The objective is to improve and empower English language proficiency among pre-school teachers which will have an impact on the foundation and ranking of language proficiency for all students.
“I was informed that this programme also involves PPD from several districts and has been held for two years. Therefore, I suggest that it be organised every year and expanded to state level.
