Kuala Lumpur: Cradle Fund Sdn Bhd, an agency under the Ministry of Finance, together with Singapore-based co-investment partner, KK Fund Pte Ltd and another investor who wished to remain anonymous, have injected US$500,000 (RM1.9 million) into Malaysian-based start-up, Pacific Founders Sdn Bhd.Pacific Founders runs the Be Malas Portal, which provides short message service-based (SMS) concierge service to its clients in the Klang Valley and some areas outside of it.

Be Malas Chief Executive Officer and co-founder, Adlin Yusman, said the funds received were a huge vote of confidence in Be Malas' ability to execute its business plan.
