Kota Kinabalu: CHIEF Minister Datuk Seri Musa Aman described the passing of a special motion to ban Lembah Pantai MP cum PKR Vice President Nurul Izzah Anwar from Sabah as a strong stand which reflected the majority voice of the people in the State. He said the insensitive action of Nurul Izzah interacting and taking photos with Sulu princess Jacel H. Kiram in the Philippines, early this month, had raised anger, deep hurt and opened old wounds among the people of Sabah.

He said Jacel was the daughter and spokesperson for the late Sulu Sultan Jamalul Kiram III who headed the Sulu incursion in Tanduo, Lahad Datu in 2013.

"Nurul Izzah's irresponsible action has smeared Sabah's sovereignty and showed no regard to upholding the Constitution and belittled the sacrifice of our fallen heroes in defending the sovereignty of the State and nation.
