MoF grants MAHB land lease of 60 years

Kuala Lumpur: Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB) has been granted a land lease of 60 years, on a rolling basis, by the Ministry of Finance.This applies to land at KL International Airport and other airports.

MAHB, in a filing to Bursa Malaysia Friday, said the land lease agreementwould include the remaining existing land lease period of 18 years. Meanwhile, for the new Aeropolis projects, the land lease, on a rolling basis, has been granted for 60 years, it added. – Bernama
