Sheryl and Visalan also agreed that the team's success stems from the moral support given by the teachers, team chemistry and blessings from God.

After years of observing and practising with her seniors, she has successfully taken the centre stage and performed brilliantly throughout the competition," said Azzuhri.

"The strength of the All Saints debate family is that the members uphold team spirit, teamwork and faith in God," added Philonia.

According to Norjaliah, the students shared information and helped one another. "They worked as one to ensure success as a team."

"The senior debaters have been leading the team well with the experience they acquired over the years," he said.

"Their commitment, diligence and passion to safeguard their championship to the State level is undeniable."
