Louis Pang Studio will provide makeover portraits and family portraits while leading cosmetic magnet, Sephora, will provide the makeup for makeover portraits.

President of Swepa, Wynnie Jong said the event will be held at Imago's Centre Court from 10am-10pm.

"Don't miss this great opportunity. It is open to all mothers and completely free. Each mother who comes forth to be photographed will also get a framed photo printed on German-made fine art paper. We also encourage the public to donate to the Barefoot Solar Project," she said.

This is the fifth consecutive year that Louis Pang Studio has embarked on a photoshoot of this nature. He expects to photograph over 100 family portraits and up to 60 makeover portraits.

This time around, the Barefoot Solar Project is being replicated to benefit three villages – Kg Sungai Magandai, Kg Benontungan Suyad and Kg Sonsogon Suyad.

Currently, two illiterate grandmothers from Kg Sungai Magandai are attending a six-month training course in solar engineering at the Barefoot College in Tilonia in the state of Rajasthan, India.

The duo are expected to complete the course in September this year, and will return to light up the villages.
