Cops still trying to locate pastor

PETALING JAYA: Police have not given up the search for abducted pastor Raymond Koh Keng Joo, despite the lack of leads in the case.OCPD Asst Comm Mohd Zani Che Din said the police have been carrying out daily operations to locate Koh and secure his release ever since he was reported missing on Feb 13.

"We have been organising projects every day on the case, but have not come up with leads.

"I do not want to reveal too much at this point as investigations are ongoing," he said.

The case is being investigated under Section 365 of the Penal Code for kidnapping or abducting with intent to secretly and wrongfully confine a person.

Koh was abducted last Monday by a group of masked men on Jalan SS4B/10, Petaling Jaya, less than 100m from the police housing complex.

He was driving a silver car bearing the licence plate ST 5515 D. His family has now increased the reward for information on his whereabouts to RM100,000 from RM10,000.
