Sept 9 now for Agong's birthday

Kuala Lumpur: The official date for the birthday celebration of Yang di-Pertuan Agong XV Sultan Muhammad V has been set on Sept 9, this year.The Prime Minister's Department announced Thursday that the new date was shifted from July 29.

"The government has agreed that the king's official birthday is changed from July 29 to Sept 9, this year," it said in a statement.
