Kota Kinabalu: Sabah Rhinos head coach Jelius Ating urged his players to keep up their winning ways against JDT II in their Premier League clash at the Likas Stadium tonight (Tuesday) at 8.15pm.The team registered their second straight victory against MISC-MIFA on Friday and the head coach believes his team can do it if they can follow the instruction.

"The players have done well so far in terms of results and I want them to maintain their momentum in tomorrow's match.

"JDT II are a very good side but I believe my players can get the result if they can play as well as they did against MISC-MIFA in the first half."

He reminded the players to be alert and stay focused throughout the whole 90 minutes.

"I hope they realised their mistake last Friday when they had to dig deep to beat their opponents after a very good opening half.

"If they can restrict their opponents' space on the pitch, I see no reason why we cannot beat them.

What I would like to see is for them to play as a tight unit both in defends and attacks."

He also disclosed that he will have to do minor changes to the team's starting eleven following injuries sustained during the MISC-MIFA encounter.

"There will be minor reshuffle in the team for tomorrow's match. Left back Alto Linus is out after injuring his knee on Friday. I am not too sure at this moment who will replace him, but it is likely to be either Randy Baruh or Jenius Karib."

He added that Maxsius Musa who started on the bench on Friday may make the start.

"Maxsius should be ready tomorrow and if he starts then either Umareng or Leopold Alphonso may return to the bench."

According to him there will not be any changes to the other players including right back Dendy Lowa who also suffered a slight knock on his knee on Friday.

Rozaimie Rohim will again start in goal with skipper Rawilson Batuil and Francis Kasonale in centre defence.

The midfield will consist of Sabri Sahar and Azizan Nordin in the centre with Maxsius, Umareng or Leopold on the flanks while the two strikers up front are Lee Kil Hoon and Rodoljub Paunovic. - GL Oh
