PAM retain title

Kota Kinabalu: The Malaysian Institute of Architects, Sabah Chapter (PAM) successfully defended their darts title in the Inter Professional Bodies (IPB) Games 2018, which was held over three days on March 10, 11 and 17, at the Bulls Eye Centre, HS Commercial Centre, Jalan Penampang. PAM won the same title back in 2016.

A total of seven professional bodies participated in the event. They were the architects (PAM), engineers (IEM), lawyers (SLS), doctors (MMA), accountants (MIA), surveyors (RISM) and the pharmacist (SPS).

SPS participated for the first time in the IPB Games.

For the first time, the matches were played in the league system. The first and second runner-ups went to IEM and SLS respectively.

The IPB Games are held once every two years, and apart from darts there are 9 other games to be played.

They are football, futsal, badminton, table tennis, bowling, basketball, 9-ball pool volleyball and golf.
