He said he was at home listening to radio Era KK, and when most of the clues given in the radio and Facebook pointed to the fact that the mystery man was most probably somewhere in Beaufort, he did not let the chance slip away.

He said he searched the food stalls and when he saw the squad Era in one of the stalls, he realised that other people were also looking for the mystery guy.

On Wednesday, two men from the State capital, Willie Maijam and Mohd Khairuddin Rahman, also became lucky winners.

Willie who walked away with RM800 found the mystery man near the handicraft stalls in Wawasan Plaza while Khairuddin walked away with RM900.

The Omekk (Mystery man) contest gives a chance to people to win up to RM50,000 in cash from Feb. 6 to 17.

Clues can be found daily in the Daily Express, Era FM KK Facebook page, or by listening to Era FM KK at 102.4fm.

The mystery man will bring the cash with him and would call the radio station at certain times, between 10am to noon, 1pm to 3pm, 4pm to 6pm and 6pm to 8pm, to reveal his whereabouts.

Listeners have to ask the key word "Ko ka orang misteri Era kk?", which has to be asked and pronounced with exactly the correct words, or else the mystery man would answer 'no' even if he is the right person.
