More notebook repair centres for Sabah

Sandakan: 1Malaysia Notebook repair centres will be expanded to other main cities in Sabah, said the Malaysian Communication and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) Deputy Director for Sabah and Labuan, Aaron Tan.He said the first such centre was opened in Kota Kinabalu recently to repair notebooks.

"The centre is opened following complaints from recipients regarding damaged notebooks.

Any repair work is done for free," he said when met after distributing Notebook 1Malaysia in the Libaran parliamentary constituency by its MP, Datuk Juslie Ajirol, here, Wednesday.

At the ceremony, 1,200 recipients comprising members of the public and students were issued notebooks.
