Ongkili visits murdered teen's family

Kota Marudu: Kota Marudu MP Datuk Seri Dr Maximus Ongkili visited the parents and family members of a 16-year-old schoolgirl, suspected of being murdered, at their home here, Wednesday, to express his condolences.Ongkili, who is also Science, Technology and Innovation Minister, assured the family that the police were conducting a thorough and speedy investigation into the death of Norikoh Saliwah whose body was found by the roadside, near Kampung Ranau, on Sunday. Ongkili, who visited the family at their home in Kampung Bombong 1 with Tandek Assemblyman Anita Baranting, had been briefed by the district police on the case on Tuesday night.Stay up-to-date by following Daily Express’s Telegram channel.
