Mah Sing celebrates 18th anniversary with generous giveaways

Kuala Lumpur: Mah Sing Group Berhad, the country's second largest property by sales value, closed their 18th anniversary celebrations with a bang, culminating in the Grand Lucky Draw with the presence of close to 500 eligible buyers of the 11 participating projects during the said period. The Grand Lucky Draw, held at The Icon, Jalan Tun Razak's Sales Gallery on May 19 was also the culmination of the Premiere Launch for M City's third and final tower to the public.The premiere offered the public the last chance to own an address right in the heart of the city on Jalan Ampang, or Embassy Row as it is better known to the locals.

The final tower of M City presents the perfect melange of a highly strategic location right opposite a proposed MRT station, fully-furnished serviced residential properties and an award-winning multi-thematic hanging gardens concept that brings out true garden living right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur's CBD. Close to 500 eligible buyers thronged the Grand Lucky Draw, each hoping to walk away with the Grand Prize of a fully furnished Service Suite at Garden Plaza, Cyberjaya worth RM 328,800 there were also other attractive prizes up for grabs. The First Prize was a brand new Toyota Camry worth RM152,000 and there were also special cash vouchers given to lucky eligible buyers. In addition to the glitz and glam were a couple of winners for the iSnap Competition that ran concurrently as part of the 18th anniversary celebrations. Speaking at the Grand Lucky Draw was Mah Sing Executive Director, Datuk Lim Kiu Hock, who welcomed the eligible buyers and guests.

"The day we launched our 18th Anniversary celebrations, it was to honour our buyers and the faithful supporters of our properties who had realized their dreams of owning their own properties, be it homes, offices or retail shops," he said. In line with this the 11 participating properties in the 18th anniversary celebrations that comprised a mixture of landed, high-rise residential, integrated commercial projects and phases of self-sustained townships, offered a host of attractive features to buyers.
