KDM M'sia League: 4 matches today

KOTA KINABALU: The KDM Malaysia Football League 2014-2015 which began on Thursday will continue with four more matches today (Friday). Penampang A will be hosting their match against Pitas at the Penampang Stadium while Kiulu will be going against Sandakan at the Pertanian Tuaran field.

Meanwhile, Papar will be hosting their match against Kemabong at the Papar Town field and Inanam will go against Kota Marudu at the Institut Kemahiran Mara (IKM) field in Sepanggar.

Saturday will see three more matches where Kimanis will go against Kota Belud at the Papar Field, Putatan will go against Tambunan at Penampang Stadium and Keningau will host their match against Penampang B. All matches will kick-off at 3pm.

All teams are reminded to observe their schedules and be on time to avoid any problems and disappointments, as well as to avoid bad weather.

KDM Malaysia President, Datuk Peter Anthony, who is also the organising chairman of the tournament also reminds all players to practice good sportsmanship throughout the competition.

"Please avoid any unwanted incidents that could pollute the good name of this championship. I believe that we are able to enjoy this championship if everyone behaves and has good sportsmanship - both players and spectators included," he said, adding that players and spectators can use the opportunity to strengthen friendship bonds.

The championship, which is sanctioned by the Sabah FA (Safa) will see teams playing a double league system (home and away).
