Body of Tawau boat collision victim found

TAWAU: The body of the Indonesian man reported missing on Monday following a collision between a passenger ferry and a cargo boat was finally found on Wednesday morning.Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) District Enforcement Chief, Anor Jaafar, said the body of An Zulkarnain Als Zoel was washed away about five nautical miles into the south of Nunukan, Indonesia before it was found by Indonesian fishermen.Stay up-to-date by following Daily Express’s Telegram channel.

The collision, which happened on Monday evening, also caused five other men to jump off the passenger ferry before quick thinking crew members of the ferry scooped them out of the water.
