KOTA KINABALU: Three local men were jailed five months and fined RM1,000 or spend three months in prison each for having stolen properties.Hasbullah Lapa, 18, admitted to having a stolen DVD player at 11.40am on Dec 14 at a house in Lorong Kumbang, Jalan Tuaran, Inanam.
