Largest Sabah book fair begins

KOTA KINABALU: Good news for all book lovers in Sabah when Popular Book Co. (M) Sdn Bhd held its Mega Book Fair for the very first time in Kota Kinabalu starting on Thursday onwards till Jan 4.Popular, in a statement, said it was in line with its mission to foster healthy reading habits among all Malaysians, and the Government's call for a knowledge-based society.

The 11-day mega book fair boasts of an exhibition space of 20,000 sq ft located at Kota Kinabalu's 1Borneo Hypermall, providing a galore of English, Chinese and Malay books, stationery, CDs, multimedia products and many more, all tagged at irresistible prices. On top of that, visitors to the book fair will also be treated to super low-priced products with prices starting from as low as RM2.

Visitors can expect to enjoy a special promotion called 'Daily Specials' whereby more than 100 selected products will be tagged with very low prices everyday throughout the 11-day duration.

Products include multilingual books, stationery, audio-visual products, multimedia and gift products.
