KEMABONG: Kemabong Assemblyman Jamawi Jaafar said a holistic development plan involving a network of road links between Kemabong and Sipitang is in the works.

“To boost the economy of Kemabong, a road connectivity system is being planned across townships to Sipitang via the old Marais or Kuala Tomani road to Sipitang rather than through Tenom Town as it is located far from Kemabong.”
He said this in conjunction with the opening of the Ilau Rakyat 2019 Kemabong district level, which was officiated by the Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal.
