SIPITANG: The United Sabah Islamic Association (Usia) Sipitang Division will offer unbiased help to the people regardless of religion, said its Chief Datuk Sapawi Ahmad.“Usia Division will not be selective on who receives help. Non-muslims are also in need of help, and as we have seen today we have offered aid to non-Muslim citizens,” he told a press conference when presenting aid to the elderly in conjunction with the Qurban Ritual at Masjid Kg Malalia on Saturday.
Sipitang MP Yamani Hafez Musa who was also present, echoed Sapawi’s sentiments and said it is not a problem to help the non-Muslims despite being an Islamic organisation.
