Kota Kinabalu: The Sabah Women’s Advisory Council (MPWS) has proposed Aug 26 for the State-level Women’s Day celebration every year and to be included in the State’s calendar.

MPWS Chairperson Datuk Noni J. Said, who made the call, said it is vital to have the specific date to celebrate the event so that there is a fixed date and therefore do not have to make changes every now and then.
