Kota Kinabalu: The slope rehabilitation work at KM2.15, Jalan Penampang, which prevented road users from accessing the single-carriage road to their respective destinations for more than a year, is expected to be completed on Sept 17.The work, which started on March 18, is highly anticipated not only by the residents in that part of the district but by others who use the stretch as shortcut to various places there.
The Public Works Department (PWD), however, clarified that the road will only be accessible to the public once the rehabilitation work on the slope there is settled.
