Kota Kinabalu: Parti Warisan Sabah (Warisan) and DAP’s recognition of Sabah as a region in Malaysia is an attempt to distort the historical fact of the State, which displays ignorance and naivety in claiming state rights, says Parti Gagasan Rakyat Sabah (Gagasan).Its secretary-general Stephen Jimbangan said historical records show that Sabah was a nation and attempts to claim otherwise would be a bid to retain Malaya’s control over the state.
