PAPAR: Sabah needs government-to-government (G-to-G) co-operation with the Federal Government but must possess the confidence to stand on its own, said caretaker Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal (pic).He said G-to-G co-operation is vital as it involves building the nation but at the same time the State Government must not be too dependent on the Federal Government in terms of its struggles and developing the State.
“We have to manage the livelihood of the people and develop the State well. Our future depends only on the people of Sabah themselves.
