Kota Kinabalu: Sabah Progressive Party criticised caretaker Chief Minister Datuk Shafie Apdal for the announcement that the Warisan government will carry on with the Papar dam project.Edward Dagul (pic), who hails from Papar and is SAPP Deputy President, questioned where do the State Government would find the money to foot the cost of this dam construction estimated at RM3 billion, when the state is facing a financial situation.
