SANDAKAN: Usno, Sabah’s oldest political party, aims to revive its glory days with its entry in the 16th State election.Its election machinery director Dato Nani Sakam said the party’s main purpose is to make changes in Governance and return to the original struggle.
“(During the Usno regime), even though our old generation was not highly educated, Sabah was well-governed that it became one of the richest States.
“Usno has never died in the hearts of the people, it is always alive. After we were ‘borrowed’ by Umno for the past 26 years, we ended up marginalised and did not get any impact from this struggle.
