Kota Kinabalu: Sabah State Wushu Association (SSWA) is aiming to achieve the one gold and two silver medals target set by Sabah Sports Council (MSN) on their planned return to the 20th Sukma Games in Johor next year.

The State team’s last appearance at the biennial games was in Negeri Sembilan way back in 2004.

Team manager Lee Hon Yee, who is also SSWA deputy president, admitted it is a tall order and vowed to try their best in the preparation to ensure the athletes are up to the challenge despite their long absence from the scene.
